In the beautiful surrounds of the North Coast (Coffs) Botanic Garden, you can bring your own chair, purchase a VIP ticket or just brIng a blanket and sit on the grass.

What you can bring. YES - you can bring one reasonably sized camp chair ( do not bring super sized chairs), YES you can bring water ( will be checked at the gate). YES you can bring one small container (with snack food).
What you cant bring - NO pets, dogs or animals( unless a companion animal with card). NO GLASS. NO alcohol, it is on sale inside. No umbrellas, sorry ( they block view). NO you cannot bring a large esky, there is adequte food inside. NO knives or weapons. NO structures or boxes. NO laser pointers. NO clothing with explicit wording/offensive motifs. NO HORNS/whistle or any object capable of making a loud noise.
TICKET CATEGORIES: GA is generral admisison to the site, you may bring a fold up chair, just a basic one (not a mega delux one with super sized arms) or blanket with access to all areas except vip. GROUP ticket is for bookings of 6 or more and is just general admission at a discounted rate (limited nos). VIP (also limited) area has seating provided, your own bar and own toilet with access in and out of the VIP area to the general site as well.
TERMS OF PURCHASE. Book early as there are limits in VIP section & GROUP BOOKINGS. Choose carefully as there are no refunds and we do not refund if you make a mistake in booking, you change your mind or have a change of circumstance including Covid, misadventure, sickness or accident. Children are permitted to attend provided they are a minimum of fifteen years of age but there is no separate children's or discount price. We do not allow babies in arms so please dont bring them as refusal at the gate may happen. Entry is from Hardacre St main entry (near the shop) where bags & tickets are checked. For patrons who may find the walk to the rear grassed area (some 700 metres) difficult, we have electric people movers on site but you may have to wait to access one. If the event is postponed for any reason, ticket holders will be notified and have the option for a full refund less booking fee for a period of some 30 days from announcement. In the event of full cancellation, all tickets will be refunded. Organisers reserve the right to change the program and or performers if necessary in the event of sickness to one or more performers or any other event out of their control.
PARKING. The venue is located in Hardacre St, Coffs Harbour. There is parking on site but it is limited so suggrest you park in Hardacre St, Coff St, near the TAFE, streets around Brelsford Park, Harbour Drive or side streets off Harbour Drive. There is also adequate parking in the city centre which is only a short walk to the venue (straight down Harbour Drive, left into Hardacre St).
HELPFUL HINTS. Bring something warm to wear if it gets cold & a plastic rain coat or cover with head cover which can be brought for a few dollars. Arrive early and be patient. Wear sensible shoes, we do not recommend high heels & remember when you leave it will be in the dark. If you have restricted mobility, we have electric people movers on site to assist with the walk up the path..
TOILETS - yes there are toilets on site.
The ethos behind the event. We love the site and believe all three acts hold a special place in the hearts of Australians. JLE have wanted to do an Oz music event on this weekend for years. We hope to make this an annual event with different artists each year.
